The People Behind Your Investment
River City Rentals & Realty is a boutique-style real estate management company. We pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community, with over 20 years of active NARPM membership and industry expertise.
A native Floridian, Aaron grew up in Cocoa Beach and moved to Jacksonville in 1998 to attend the University of North Florida, where he earned a degree in health science. After purchasing his first home at just 23, he quickly developed a passion for transforming properties into premium rentals.
Aaron earned his MBA in 2007 and rose to an executive-level position as director of wound care and hyperbaric medicine at Baptist Hospital — managing multi-million dollar budgets that honed his business and finance foundation. In 2012, he made the bold decision to pursue real estate full-time, and by 2013 had acquired 13 rental properties and a growing reputation for results.
He founded Innovative Property Solutions, ultimately growing it to 350 property management contracts before selling in 2023 — with over 2,200 leases signed and 6,000+ property inspections completed. Today, Aaron leads River City Rentals & Realty with a focused, boutique approach, applying decades of expertise to serve a select portfolio of property owners with the personal attention they deserve.
Outside of real estate, Aaron is an avid boater, fisherman, and paddleboarder — always looking for the next outdoor adventure with his family in Florida’s natural backyard.
Leonardo — known to the team as “Leo” — has been working alongside Aaron since 2019 and has become an integral part of River City Rentals & Realty’s day-to-day success. With hands-on experience in every facet of property management, Leo has played a key role in building and refining the company’s maintenance operations.
As Assistant Property Manager, Leo oversees large renovation projects, manages insurance claim repairs, and assists both tenants and owners with leases, payment plans, collections, and property turnovers. His attention to detail and commitment to follow-through ensures that properties are always well-maintained and tenants are well-served.
Leo studied business administration and economics at UNAM and brings a wealth of international customer service experience — having managed teams of over 100 people at one of the world’s largest call centers, where he was responsible for maintaining and exceeding key performance indicators. His leadership background and deep knowledge of property maintenance make him a uniquely valuable resource for our owners and tenants.
